Welcome to Fitstop Stafford! I'm Regan Glynn, proud owner, and manager, and I'm not just passionate about fitness, I'm living it every day. With a Cert 3 in Fitness, ongoing studies towards my Cert 4, and a solid background in Business and Information Technology, I bring a unique blend of expertise to our fitness community. As an experienced rugby league player, I understand the dedication and drive it takes to achieve peak performance. My ultimate satisfaction comes from seeing our athletes gain confidence and crush their fitness goals. At Fitstop Stafford, we're not just a gym, we're a community committed to your success. I love coaching at Fitstop because we get people from all walks of life and everyone comes together to bring the energy each class. My favourite session is LIFT! Outside of the gym I am a passionate sports fan, in particular AFL and love spending time outdoors with my family.
