    My journey in the fitness industry started in 2019, I became a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I found my love for coaching and continued to expand my skills, diving into functional training, strength and conditioning as well as becoming a qualified Pilates instructor.

    Helping people find happiness through movement and improve their quality of life both physically and mentally is what drove me to opening Fitstop Morayfield. Our mission is to positively impact our community by creating a space for healthier, happier humans. Our doors are open to people from all walks of life, each with different lives and goals, but the one thing we all have in common is that we're here to better ourselves and we get to do it together - as cliche as it sounds; we are absolutely more than just a gym! Fitstop Morayfield is our home away from home.

    My passion is helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 10+ years, starting off training as a teenager I quickly knew this was going to be a big part of my life.

    My focus is helping clients to unlock their full potential through functional training, improving strength, mobility, and overall performance. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, boost endurance, or feel more confident in your own skin, I’m here to guide, and inspire you every step of the way. Fitness is not just about movement; it’s about creating a lifestyle that fuels your mind and body for success. Let’s work together to achieve your goals—one rep at a time 🤝🏽

    Manager / Trainer

    Hey, I'm Kyra, Studio Manager and Trainer at Fitstop Morayfield.

    I've been part of the Fitstop community for almost six years, but my journey started as a member myself. Through the support and guidance of some incredible coaches, I experienced firsthand the positive impact that training can have, not just physically, but in every aspect of life.

    That experience inspired me to pursue coaching so I could help others create the same positive change. I'm a firm believer that movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine. While physical results are great, the real transformation comes from building confidence, developing healthy habits, and creating a mindset that carries into everyday life.

    What I love most is seeing people step outside their comfort zones and achieve things they once thought were impossible. Watching members grow stronger, more confident, and more capable is what continues to fuel my passion for coaching.

    As Studio Manager, I have the privilege of being part of each member's journey from the very first conversation. Seeing someone go from that initial enquiry to becoming such an important part of the Fitstop Morayfield community is incredibly rewarding. Watching friendships form, confidence grow, and members support one another along the way makes this job even more special.

    For me, coaching is about more than just workouts. I love helping people build confidence, achieve goals they once thought were out of reach, and celebrating their wins along the way. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone succeed through the support, guidance, and belief we've built together. I value genuine connections and take pride in getting to know people beyond their membership. Creating a positive environment where people feel supported & challenged.

    Hey, I’m Coach Lysh 👋🏼

    I’m a proud mum of two and a passionate coach who believes movement has the power to change lives. As a mother, I know how important it is to prioritise our health, lead by example, and show our children what it looks like to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally.

    For me, fitness is about so much more than exercise. It’s about building confidence, creating healthy habits, and discovering what you’re truly capable of. I love helping people step outside their comfort zones, challenge their limits, and achieve things they never thought possible.

    One of the things I love most about coaching is the opportunity to positively impact someone’s day from the moment they walk through the doors. Whether you’re celebrating a personal best, navigating a tough season, or simply showing up for yourself, I’m here to support you through the highs and lows.

    My goal is to help you become stronger, not just physically, but mentally too. I believe in creating a welcoming, supportive community where people feel encouraged, empowered, and capable of achieving more than they ever imagined.

    There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone grow in confidence, build resilience, and realise just how strong they really are. That’s why I love what I do.
