    Zoe

    Trainer

    Zoe’s love for all things fitness and background in CrossFit lead her to pursue a career in the gym. Zoe is passionate about helping members achieve their goals and providing a fun and welcoming environment. She personally loves a workout that involves a heavy barbell, gets the heart rate up and leaves nothing in the tank Having played soccer growing up, Zoe has always been involved in team sports. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, being outdoors, adventuring and making core memories.

    Sophie

    Trainer

    With over 15 years in fitness and nutrition, Sophie brings experience as an ICN bodybuilding competitor and national-level powerlifter. Sophie is Cert III & IV, Master Trainer, Yoga & Nutrition Diplomas, MetaFit & Boxing qualified — she’s passionate about helping others become their strongest, healthiest selves.

    Vicky

    Trainer

    You may have met Coach Vicky in her previous coaching chapters in and around the local Baldivis/Rockingham area. Vicky’s been in the fitness industry game since way back in 2007. Vicky previously has enjoyed playing team sports such as Touch Football, Oz Tag and Women’s League Tag however has recently hung up her boots. In her down time she loves a good hike in the cooler months and paddle boarding, bike rides & beach time in the warmer months.

    Jade

    Trainer

    With nearly a decade of coaching experience across diverse disciplines, Jade is excited to bring her energy and expertise to our coaching team. Over the years, she has trained and competed in bodybuilding, obstacle course racing, powerlifting and CrossFit. Her latest challenge sees her embracing the thrill of rock climbing. You may recognise Jade - she’s been training with us since day one and also works right next door at Supplement Mart! As a proud mum of two, Jade balances family life with a commitment to creating a supportive environment where every Fitstopper feels challenged, inspired and empowered to achieve their goals

    Jake

    Trainer

    With 18 years in elite sport and more than 250 games representing Australia with the Kookaburras, Jake brings world-class experience including an Olympic Silver medal, World Cup Gold, and multiple Commonwealth Games Gold medals. Jake is passionate about helping others push their limits, build confidence, and enjoy the training journey. His global sporting experience brings fresh energy, variety, and high-performance insight to our community.

    Ash

    Trainer

    Ash has recently completed her Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness and is already levelling up, currently pursuing further study with a Cert IV in  Nutrition and Sports Nutrition Coaching. She’s pumped to be kicking off her fitness career as part of our supportive community - and has her sights set on finally mastering toes to bar (demo attempts are a work in progress… no judging she asks ).

    She’s always up for a laugh and doesn’t take life too seriously. And if she ever looks a little tired in the AM sessions, just know she’s living the double life: coach by day, bartender by night.

    Fun fact: Ash has been vegetarian since she was 9 - those biceps are fuelled by tofu and beans

    Mos

    Trainer

    Mos is a proud father of three with one on the way, alongside his beautiful partner who (almost) lifts heavier than him.

    Mos has been dedicated to physical training almost his entire life, growing up playing a range of sports including rugby, rugby league, touch rugby, netball and soccer. He completed his Cert III and IV in Fitness driven by a huge passion for helping people and bringing genuine value to every session.

    Whether it’s supporting members to hit their goals, rebuild strength after injury or refine technique across our main lifts and movements - Mos is all about meeting people where they’re at.

    Shaniya

    Studio Manager

    Shaniya brings a strong background in remedial massage, nutrition and personal training, along with several years of management experience across the health and fitness space. She’s passionate about delivering real value to members, with a focus on performance, recovery and building long-term, sustainable strength.

    With a love for training and sport, Shaniya has a particular passion for strength training and Muay Thai. She’s all about creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged and confident in their progress — no matter where they’re starting from.

    Outside of the gym, you’ll find her strength training, down at the beach or off camping. She enjoys spending time with her partner and her English Staffy, and anything that keeps her active, outdoors and balanced.

    Aiden

    Trainer

    Aiden brings plenty of energy, passion and real-life experience to the gym. Having gone through his own weight loss and body recomposition journey, he knows exactly what it feels like to start from scratch, overcome challenges and put in the work to create lasting change.

    With a strong background in functional training, strength & conditioning and powerlifting, Aiden is excited to combine his knowledge and experience with the Fitstop formula to help members build confidence, get stronger and achieve results both inside and outside the gym.

    Aiden is a huge believer that fitness is for everyone. He prides himself on representing the everyday athlete and is passionate about showing that with consistency, support, and a willingness to put in the work, incredible things are possible.

    Whether you’re chasing performance goals, building healthy habits, or simply looking to feel your best, Aiden is ready to support, challenge and motivate you every step of the way.
