Now, our training is lifting to the next level because our App updates are almost here to support your in-person training and lifestyle like never before.

We know that celebrating your wins is important, so we've added a new feature that allows you to share your performance achievements with your fellow Fitstoppers. This is a great way to stay motivated and inspired.
We know that eating healthy is essential for performance, so we've added a new section to the app with over 100 nutritional recipes. These recipes are all designed to help you fuel your body for your workouts and recover afterwards.
We want to make sure that you have all the information you need to reach your fitness goals, so we've added a new in-app education section. This section includes articles on training, nutrition, recovery, and more.
