The owner brings 2 decades of experience, and this community was born from his desire to create a space where everyone can tap into their competitive spirit while enjoying a supportive group training environment. Located in the vibrant Bunbury community, we are surrounded by great coffee shops and cafes, perfect for post-session fuelling. Additionally, we provide convenient access to parking, showers, and even have a kids corner, making it easier for you to prioritise your fitness without any worries. Renae Taylor

MANAGER

Renae has over 20 year’s experience is the Fitness industry. She started coaching and teaching sport from a young age. She loves to help people through movement, recovery & support to be the best most confident version of themselves. Renae completed her Master Trainer Level 1 over 10 years ago which included Certificate III & IV in Fitness at The Australian Institute of Fitness. She is an advocate for recovery and believes that it is just as important as exercise itself. This led her to continue her studies at the institute and complete her Certificate IV in Massage therapy, a Remedial Therapy Diploma and Dry Needling Certifications. She has competed in high level sport. She started in Martial Arts at a young age in her country town in The Midwest before moving to Perth WA and starting Boxing which led to her first Pro Athlete Fight 2016. She owned and ran successful Fitness/Recovery centres and corporate sporting events In Perth WA before moving to Bunbury WA to be with her Husband in 2018. Renae now has 2 young children and understands the benefits of pre and post-natal exercise. Renae is now continuing her love for Health fitness by co-owning Fitstop Bunbury & Treendale.

Napoleon Solo

Former Royal Marine Commando with over 2 decades of coaching experience. Napoleon is driven by the passion to help you succeed - this is more than just about a training program. He genuinely wants to help you create lasting changes to your life. Napoleon believes no matter where you are in your journey or what you have tried before, Napoleon and Fitstop together will be the ignition to your fuel.

Kaylee Hayden

TRAINER

Kaylee is a qualified cert III & IV trainer with years of experience in the fitness industry. Kaylee also manages Supplement Mart and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to supplementing your training nutritionally.

Candace Clark

As an OG coach at Fitstop Bunbury, Candace is dedicated to inspiring members to feel stronger and more confident. Her approach to health and fitness goes beyond physical training; she's passionate about empowering individuals to achieve personal growth and self-assurance. With her guidance, members are motivated to unlock their potential and embrace a healthier, more confident lifestyle. Candace is known for her fun and engaging personality and is often seen participating in classes herself. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an invaluable member of the Fitstop Bunbury team

Tom White

Tom is a dedicated fitness instructor with a dynamic background in multiple sports. After competing at a semi-professional level in basketball and achieving significant milestones in competitive swimming, Tom transitioned into the fitness industry, where he now blends his love for fitness with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Tom’s unique perspective as a former athlete informs his approach to training, emphasizing strength, agility, and endurance. He offers a valuable perspective when it comes to fitness as he can draw from his extensive knowledge of sport-specific conditioning, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. In addition to his hands-on training skills, Tom holds certifications in nutrition, fitness, and sport coaching. Whether you're looking to enhance your athletic performance or embark on a transformative fitness journey, Tom’s expertise and enthusiasm will guide you every step of the way.

Michelle Johnson

Michelle is a passionate fitness trainer at Fitstop, where she's dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. With almost 4 years of experience in the industry, Michelle understands the transformative power of exercise and its positive impact on both physical and mental health. As a boxing coach, Michelle brings a unique and energetic approach to her training sessions. Known for her powerful right hook, she's not afraid to get hands-on and motivate her clients to push their limits. Beyond the gym, Michelle is a fitness enthusiast herself, often seen training alongside her members. Her dedication and enthusiasm make her a valuable asset to the Fitstop community.

Jack Gauder

Meet Jack, Your youngest Fitstop Treendale Coach Jack is a qualified Cert III Fitness Coach with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Currently enrolled in a Cert IV Fitness program, he is dedicated to continuously expanding his knowledge and skills in the industry. Outside of his coaching duties, Jack plays Colts AFL for the Eaton Boomers. His enthusiasm for sports and active lifestyle is evident in his energetic and upbeat personality, which he brings to every training session.

Gabby Bastick

Meet Gabby, Your Fitstop Coach With a unique blend of qualifications as a qualified physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach, Gabby brings a wealth of expertise to the Fitstop team. Her deep understanding of the human body and movement patterns allows her to provide personalized guidance and support to help members achieve their fitness goals while minimizing the risk of injury. Gabby's passion for helping others reach their full potential is evident in her energetic and encouraging approach. Tara Lambert

Meet Tara, a dedicated coach at Fitstop Bunbury, starting as a member, now turned Coach. Tara is a passionate, certified, and experienced Triathlon Coach with a specialization in swimming and cycling. With a long history of success in various sports, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. From a young age, Tara has been deeply involved in the world of sports and exercise. Her dedication and talent have led to numerous state titles across different disciplines. Tara's love for fitness and her ability to create a fun and energetic atmosphere in the class makes her a fun coach, and she's always down for groove mid class. At Fitstop, Tara values the supportive community and the core principles that drive the studio's mission. She believes in the power of fitness to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Tara is committed to making the classes accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience. She understands the importance of creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals can feel comfortable seeking help and support, even when facing challenges like multiple sclerosis like herself. Tara's goal is to help her members achieve their fitness goals, whether it's improving their health, increasing their overall Fitness and Strength, or simply finding a healthy and enjoyable way to get that dopamine hit and escape for an hour. Deanne Brown

Deanne is a passionate and experienced Fitness Trainer with a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. With a solid foundation in fitness, she has completed her Certificate III, IV & her Master Trainer in Fitness in 2012. Building upon her expertise, Deanne further enhanced her qualifications by obtaining her Level 1 in Strength and Conditioning Coaching with ASCA and Olympic Lifting certification from the Australian Weightlifting Association. Known for her infectious smile, unwavering enthusiasm and cute outfits, Deanne is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support to each of her clients. Her expertise in strength training and Olympic lifting allows her to coach movements that cater to individual needs and fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Deanne is committed to helping you reach your full potential.
