I love hiking, going to cafes, and speaking with a British accent. I’m constantly working on pursuing the things that matter to me and fostering meaningful relationships.
I’m lucky enough to have grown up active, with a family who always encouraged me to take care of my health, so fitness has really always been a huge part of my life.
I have a background in CrossFit and bodybuilding. After competing in bodybuilding last year, I’m now steering back to a more “hybrid” style of training, combining running and lifting. I’ve recently started running half and full marathons, with an ultimate goal of completing an ultra marathon.
My passion lies in helping individuals improve their movement patterns and overall well-being.
I love guiding people toward their physique goals, teaching them how to embrace balance, and helping them improve their overall fitness and confidence in their training!
