Sarah Ient

MANAGER

Sarah has been a part of the health and fitness industry for 10 years, initially based in London running her own personal training & pilates business. Since moving to Australia, Sarah has found her passion in group fitness and working in within supportive fitness communities. Sarah has recently joined the Fitstop community and loves the progressive strength & conditioning programming & training style. More importantly Sarah loves the supportive and empowering community Fitstop Innaloo can provide for members!

Kirbie Jones

TRAINER

Kirbie is highly experienced in the health and fitness industry where she has worked as a group fitness trainer, online coach, and running her own personal training business for over 5 years.  Kirbie has always had a passion for health and fitness, participating in a variety of different training styles over the years before being introduced to the Fitstop community in 2022 where she fell in love. Kirbie’s aim at Fitstop Innaloo is to build a community where people feel safe and supported while coming together to feel strong, empowered, and proud to be a Fitstopper!

Juliette Long

TRAINER

Juliette started coaching at Fitstop in 2022 and is ready and eager to share her new found knowledge and passion with the Fitstop Innaloo community. Juliette leads a super fun and engaging class with a keen focus on encouraging and driving members to achieve their potential! Outside of work you’ll find her at the beach or doing yoga!

Shaniya Byron

TRAINER

Shaniya brings a wealth of knowledge to our community through coaching for the past 6 years. She has coached everything from Group Fitness, Pilates, Boxing, Personal Training and Aerobics. Shaniya loves to encourage people to connect to their bodies and find training/ movement that makes them feel good! (And laugh a lot). When not at the gym you can find her talking or eating (or finding someone to talk to or something to eat). She also loves any activity that gets her moving her body in new ways and challenging herself. She can’t wait to continue this journey with you all 💪🏽

Alex Winch

TRAINER

Alex was born here in Perth but raised in Scotland 🇦🇺 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Alex is a full-time high school teacher with bachelor degrees in Education and Sports Science. You’ll usually catch him coaching a couple of PM Fitstop classes during the week and morning classes on the weekend. Alex has had many sporting passions over the years, from playing rugby in high school, to river rowing at nationals, competing in Muay Thai, and now triathlon most recently competing in the Busso Ironman this December 🤙🏼 Alex looks forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals!

Adrian Allen

TRAINER

Adrian (originally from Ireland) has been coaching for 7+ years and brings his passion for health and fitness to the Innaloo community. He’s had an incredible coaching experience over the years which allowed him to live, travel, coach many people in destinations around the globe such as Phuket, Dubai, Bali and Perth. Adrian loves meeting new people and loves the variety of classes Fitstop bring each week. Outside of Fitstop, he enjoys running and hiking, and likes to enter a few events each year to challenge himself.
