A hot new bombshell has entered the villa… Meet the ZERCHER squat 🔥

Here’s why it works:

💪 Less technical, more effective
The Zercher position—holding the bar in the crease of your elbows—is easier to manage than the front rack position used in a traditional front squat, especially if wrist or shoulder mobility is a challenge.

🏋🏼‍♀️ Helps with front squats
Even though the bar sits differently, you’re still targeting the same muscles and movement pattern as a front squat. So when it returns in Performance and Peak, you’ll feel stronger and more confident.

🧘 Improves mobility and control
Holding the weight in front encourages better posture, deeper squats, and greater control through the full range of motion—all key to long-term strength gains.
