    Hey, I’m Connor!

    I’ve been part of the Fitstop Greenslopes community for nearly three years now, and it’s become a huge part of my life. I’m currently studying with the Brisbane Lions, and my passion for fitness and sports runs deep. What I love most is helping people smash their fitness goals and building genuine connections with our amazing members.

    The Fitstop Greenslopes community is the reason I’m excited to coach every single day—it’s more than just a gym, it’s a family.

    When I’m not at the gym, you’ll find me at the beach, watching sports (or playing them!), and spending quality time with my friends and family.

    Hey, I’m Mick!

    As a long-time Fitstop Greenslopes member and trainer, I’m passionate about helping people train smarter, move better, and push past their limits.

    With a Human Physiology degree and years of group training & coaching experience, I bring both science and motivation to every session. My background in rugby league as a player and coach fuels my love for team camaraderie and pushing people to be their best.

    I meet you where you’re at and help you progress toward your goals. You’ll also see me training most days—Fitstop has helped me prep for Turf Games & Hyrox!

    Outside the gym, I love spending time with family and my dog—who you’ll probably see running around, too!

    Hey, I'm Katie!

    Im an accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for women's health. I specialise in strength and conditioning, functional training, and injury rehab. I love nothing more than helping members improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing through evidence-based exercise at our gym. I'm all about helping our members to build confidence, resilience, and long-term health and happiness.

    My favourite class is Condition, and outside the gym, you'll find me playing social sports, running, or at the beach!

    Hi, Im Mon!

    I have coached at Fitstop for over two years now and absolutely love it! I completely dig the product and how many transformations Ive been able to see in my time as a coach here. Its inspiring.

    Ive been in the fitness industry for over 4 years and Im super passionate about helping people achieve their goals and become the best possible versions of themselves they can be. Im a huge believer in technique over weight and like helping people perfect the fundamentals of all movements, allowing for safe and effective progression with every session.

    In my spare time I love running, looking after myself and spending time with my family on outdoor adventures.
