THE FORMAT

Teams of 2 (male/male, female/female, or mixed) compete across a series of 4 x 14 mins workouts. Between each station, you’ll have a 6 min transition period to rest and reset.
The movements are functional and accessible. Each workout tests a different performance element, rewarding well-rounded athletes who can lift heavy, maintain intensity, and perform under pressure.

WORKOUT STATIONS

  • LIFT: A test of pure strength and explosive power with controlled, heavy compound lifts.
  • CONDITION: Ignite your engine with highintensity speed, endurance, and agility.
  • PERFORM: Pushes aerobic capacity and your pacing strategy through dynamic sets.
  • SWEAT: The finale that tests stamina and, most importantly, how well you and your partner push each other through fatigue to the finish line.

SCORING

Global Games follows a points-based format. Scores are awarded based on:

  • Reps completed
  • Weight lifted
  • Time achieved

The heavier the lift, and the faster the time, the higher you climb to the top of the leaderboard.

DIVISIONS

  • ALL STAR – for the everyday athlete ready to level up with familiar, functional movements and scaled loads.
  • PRO – for elite, high performers at the top of their game with heavier loads, higher targets and more advanced movements.

What makes It different?

A NEW LEVEL OF COMPETITION

360°
Performance

Don’t just race the clock. Unlike HYROX that favours runners, Global Games is engineered to test your total athletic capacity. From heavy lifts to aerobic grit, we challenge every energy system. A balanced measure of power, pace, strength and teamwork.

Power
In Pairs

This is where collective strength adds up and success is shared. Global Games is built on the bond between teammates. Every station demands strategy,
communication, and the ability to play to each other’s strengths.

Inclusive
for All

No muscle ups. No handstand walks. Global Games strips away the high skill movements that keep most people on the sidelines, without dialling back the intensity. The movements are functional, familiar, and forged from the same standards that you’d train in a regular Fitstop session.

BUILT TO COMPETE

This event represents the evolution of Fitstop’s competitive culture. From early in-studio game days to community competitions, we have always
pushed beyond just another workout. Now we are bringing that spirit to a global platform.

By creating our own competition, Fitstop becomes more than a place to train. We become the stage where our community performs. Whether you’re
competing on the floor or cheering from the sidelines, Global Games is designed to be accessible, structured, and executed with precision from start to finish.

You’ve done the training. Now let’s put it to the test on the global stage. See you on the competition floor!
