    Meet Adam and Bec!

    Husband and wife team Adam and Bec are the proud new owners of Fitstop Nerang. Long-time members of the Fitstop community, they’re passionate about fitness, family, and creating a space where everyone feels supported and motivated.

    Adam is a qualified Personal Trainer and Level 1 AFL Coach, with extensive coaching experience across club football and the Gold Coast Suns Academy.

    Bec, a busy mum of two, brings a friendly, down-to-earth energy that makes every session welcoming and fun. Together, they’re driven to help the Nerang community move, connect, and perform at their best.

    Meet Coach Sam!

    Sam is a proud mum of three amazing kids and brings over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She's passionate about all things health and fitness, and loves helping others on their journey to becoming stronger, fitter, and more confident. Known for her high energy and bubbly personality, Sam’s classes are fun, motivating, and guaranteed to push you to lift heavier or squeeze out that one extra rep.

    Meet Coach Katarina!

    With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kat brings a wealth of knowledge and a positive, fun attitude to every session. Holding both Certificate III and IV in Fitness, she tailors workouts to suit every member’s needs and thrives on creating a welcoming, upbeat environment to train in.
