Together with their combined 20+ years of industry experience including their first thriving Fitstop community at Redcliffe, they have grown Fitstop North Lakes to be an incredible, family-orientated, super inclusive and warm gym environment where many life-long friendships are born and lives are transformed to be healthier and happier every day! Mark leads with love in all he does! A true team player with a professional sporting background, and many years of experience, he loves a joke and a good time. You'll never miss him and it's never a dull moment when he's in the room.
Nic Shires
Manager / Coach
Nic has been a coach for nearly 20 years and loves helping people achieve things they wouldn't have considered a possibility for them. She is an advocate for taking on new challenges so is constantly educating and evolving herself as a coach to help people achieve their goals, whatever they may be - from triathlons and marathons to bodybuilding to general health, fitness and wellness.
