    Hi I’m John your club manager. I’ve been in the industry for over 13 years and know the benefits of building sustainable healthy habits within a fun community. I work with a coach myself as a masters cyclist and regularly compete at local, state & national level. I know what it takes to be always striving to be better and I’m here to help you!

    If I’m not in the gym I’ll be on my bike or spending time with Toby my puppy.

    Hey I’m Lou, I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. My love of movement has grown and evolved as I have over the years. Starting out running 1:1 PT sessions, large scale boot camps, then moving into the group fitness space which I absolutely love.

    I have completed various 1/2 marathons and more recently Hyrox & Turf Games… I love the endorphin rush you get after a sweat sesh and truly believe movement is medicine.

    I have a very active 4 year old girl who loves to train alongside me, especially if burpees or lunges are on the menu. My goal is to instil in her that how you feel, energy levels, strength and fitness has so much more value than how you look.

    I love an early morning training session and will be your ultimate hype girl at Fitstop Preston!

    Hi friends! My name is Henry and I’m one of your coaches at Fitstop Preston. I’ve been working with this amazing community since we opened in November 2021, and consider myself very lucky to be a part of the team here. On top of coaching I’m also a professional ballet dancer with the Victorian State Ballet. I’ve been dancing full time since I was 14 when I first moved to Melbourne, so I have always had a keen interest in fitness across all of its aspects- whether it being training, rehabbing from injuries (I’ve had more than enough) or physical performance. Helping our wonderful members achieve their own goals, and being able to see their growth has been particularly gratifying and rewarding for me, and I’m excited for more! Can’t wait to see you in the gym! PS Go the Cowboys 🤠 ❤️

    Hey team, I'm Dean, one of your strength and conditioning coaches. With over 10 years in the coaching world and nearly two decades of my own training, you could say I have a passion for lifting heavy things and putting them down again. My goal is to help you do the same—safely, effectively, and with great results.

    My expertise covers everything from muscle building and performance to injury rehab and massage therapy. When I'm not in the gym, I'm usually out on my bike or at home, lifting my two-year-old daughter (which is a different kind of progressive overload). Please come and say hello when you see me around the studio!
