WHAT IS FITSTOP?

1. Promotion Overview

• 1.1 The Black Friday Early Access Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Fitstop Australia Pty Ltd (“Fitstop”) and is available across all Australian, Singapore, USA and New Zealand Fitstop locations.
•  1.2 The Promotion provides eligible participants with access to unlimited training for $149, valid for the period 24 November 2025 to 4 January 2026 (“Training Period”).
•  1.3 This Promotion is available for purchase during the Offer Period, commencing 10 November 2025 and ending 23 November 2025.
• 1.4 All prices stated are in the local currency of the participating Fitstop location and are inclusive of applicable taxes and merchant or transaction fees.
• 1.5 Participation in the Promotion is subject to availability at each Fitstop location. Fitstop reserves the right to limit or refuse participation if session capacity has been reached.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 This Promotion is open to individuals who are not current or former Fitstop members.
•  2.2 Former members who have previously cancelled a Fitstop membership are not eligible for this offer.

3. Promotion Inclusions

• 3.1 Eligible participants who purchase the Promotion during the Offer Period will receive:
  • a. Unlimited access to Fitstop sessions during the Training Period; and
  • b. A value add of immediate access to training from the date of purchase, at no additional cost.
•  3.2 The Promotion is available at all participating Fitstop locations within Australia, Singapore, the USA, and New Zealand.

4. Membership Activation and Continuation

• 4.1 The membership will activate on the date of purchase.
• 4.2 At the conclusion of the Training Period, if the participant wishes to continue their Fitstop membership, no further action is required.
• 4.3 The next billing date will be 5 January 2026, and the membership will automatically roll into the standard membership rate applicable at the participant’s chosen Fitstop location.
• 4.4 Standard Fitstop membership terms and conditions will apply following the transition.

5. Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

• 5.1 Participants may cancel their membership at any time during the Training Period.
• 5.2 Once cancelled, participants will retain access to training for the remainder of the Training Period; however, no refunds will be issued.
• 5.3 Memberships obtained under this Promotion cannot be paused, transferred or refunded during the Training Period.

6. Exclusions

• 6.1 This Promotion is only available to new members joining Fitstop for the first time.
• 6.2 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code, including corporate or partner discounts.
• 6.3 Fitstop reserves the right to cancel or void any participation deemed to be fraudulent, abusive or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Waiver and Standard Terms

• 7.1 All participants must complete a Fitstop waiver prior to attending their first training session.
• 7.2 Standard Fitstop membership terms and conditions apply to all participants and are available via the Fitstop website at www.fitstop.com.
• 7.3 Participants acknowledge that Fitstop sessions involve physical activity and agree to participate at their own risk. Fitstop will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained as a result of participation, except as required by law.

8. Privacy

• 8.1 By participating in this Promotion, each participant consents to Fitstop collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purposes of:
  • a. Administering the Promotion;
  • b. Communicating with related entities; and
  • c. Future promotional, marketing and publicity activities by Fitstop or its related entities.
• 8.2 Participants may request access to their personal information by contacting marketing@fitstop.com.

9. General

• 9.1 Fitstop reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice.
• 9.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the participating Fitstop location operates.
• 9.3 For Australian members, these Terms are governed by the laws of Australia; for members in New Zealand, Singapore and the USA, the laws of the respective jurisdiction in which the Fitstop location operates shall apply.
• 9.4 Fitstop shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Promotion where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
