We do this through our athlete-inspired, progressive training in a genuinely team-based environment that is championed by our experienced (and next-level passionate) team of trainers!Our team at Coomera have diverse skills and extensive experience in the fitness industry and are here to make a genuine difference in our Fitstoppers’ lives. Located in the thriving Coomera community with great coffee shops and smoothie bar's for post-session fuel, you’ll also get easy access to parking, shower amenities, kids corner along with child minding at our 9.15am class, and most importantly, a community that will always have your back.

Manager/ Owner Selina Chapman Qualifications and experience: · GEL Certified - Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor. · Current First Aid and CPR. · Results Based Coaching Certificate. · Train the Trainers, Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Public Speaking experience. Favourite thing about leading the Fitstop community Helping our members to find a happy place in fitness and become the best version of themselves in the mind, body and soul. Creating a loving environment for my team where they feel supported to develop, grow and succeed! I want them to feel valued and believe that they are part of something special. Favourite Fitstop Session Condition – I love anything fast that get’s my heart rate going!

Hi I'm Coach Mitch. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer as well as Nutritional Coach. I love Coaching/Training our fit fam, it is fulfilling to see everyone reach goals. My favourite Fitstop Session would have to be LIFT, I enjoy the component of Heavy Lift days as well as focusing on different muscle groups. I look forward to meeting you all!

Hi I'm Coach Jo. I have been the health and fitness industry for 10 years both in group fitness and as a PT. I loved fitness as it literally saved my life and has been important for me an my mental health through the challenges of life. I love seeing women walk into the gym who aren't overly confident, become strong & confident women not just in the gym but in life! My favourite session is Lift as I like the focus on slow progressing overload to improve strength. I look forward to seeing you around the gym!
