Kylie Eaton

MANAGER

Health, fitness and training is my absolute passion! I have had varied experience with gyms from the age of around 14 years old. I got really serious about training before falling pregnant with my first child and then after he was born, I set a goal to compete in bodybuilding, which I did successfully 10 months after he was born and continued in that area for a couple of years after that. After the birth of our second child we found Fitstop and knew we had to open one in Victoria. I had never trained that hard before (hard in a great way) and I was also more of a solo trainer but the community vibes were so strong it got me hooked. I now only train at Fitstop. I train 4-6 x per week and throw in a couple of runs depending on what I'm feeling week to week. I can honestly say I have never been fitter, stronger or more connected to such a wonderful diverse group of supportive people. When I started at Fitstop I initially loved the LIFT sessions the most (my comfort zone) however I now have to say that PERFORM and CONDITION are my equal favourites. The endurance of a CONDITION session where you think of nothing else but chipping away and challenging your body to keep going (it`s the only time my mind is quiet) and then the different intensities of a PERFORM session with some really fun power moves thrown in and often working in with a couple of other teammates where we all support and motivate each other is an absolute VIBE! My qualifications include certificate III and IV in fitness and personal training, extended learning in pre and post-natal studies, short courses in mobility and stretching and over 8 years of personal training and group training experience which is invaluable as it has taught me that no body looks or moves the same but there is always a way to get people moving, stronger and fitter than they ever thought possible. Unfortunately, I am no longer taking on PT clients as being a head trainer at Fitstop, looking after our members and family life takes up a lot of my time. However, you can always come train with me in the group sessions and I will be sure to set you up for success and guarantee you will have fun whilst doing it.

Shannon Rowell

Qualifications: Cert III & IV Fitness My favourite thing about coaching at Fitstop Northcote is seeing our community progressing during their sessions & having proud mum moments! My fav Fitstop Session is definitely LIFT! I'm not currently taking on any PT clients but happy to chat about which sessions you should be concentrating on for your health & fitness goals.

With more than 10 year's experience working in the fitness industry I love everything about helping our clients achieve their health & fitness goals!! The Fitstop Northcote community is like no other!! Our members come from all walks of life - experienced/non experienced, young, older & somewhere between - as your qualified trainers we can adapt our sessions to best suit your needs! I love all sessions at Fitstop but LIFT would have to be my favourite!! The fact that I can slow things down & really concentrate on my form & technique has made such a big impact on my strength & big lifts. My Qualifications in the fitness arena include Cert III & IV Fitness.
