    Strength training and fitness is something I’m very passionate about. It’s a big part of who I am. My goal is to get others to not only train for now but for the future. I currently hold Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness & Personal Training, pre and postnatal studies, CPR - First Aid, and over 9 years of personal training experience. Lesser-known facts about me include a former life as a hairdresser, competing in bodybuilding after my first child and that I'm the least sporty trainer you’ll find!

    With more than 15 years' working in the fitness industry I love everything about helping clients achieve their health & fitness goals!! Coming from a sporting background I understand the importance of movement & looking after ourselves. Kylie and I opened Fitstop Northcote in 2019 to change people's lives & create a safe space for anyone to come and train and I am very proud of what we have created!

    I hold Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness with 3 years of industry experience. I have a twin sister and run a photography business. My favorite Fitstop moments are our big events, and I love the group training vibe—supportive, efficient, and fun! My go-to session is LIFT for building muscle and refining technique, with deadlifts and hang power cleans as my top exercises. The Fitstop community is incredible—welcoming, ego-free, and full of like-minded people who lift each other up!

    With a Bachelor in Exercise Science, Cert 3 & 4, and 3 years of experience in group fitness and personal training, I’m now studying a Master’s in Exercise Physiology. I have a twin brother and love how welcoming the Fitstop community is. The progressive classes and variety of training make it great for everyone, and my favorite session is Perform for its perfect mix of strength and intensity!
