Brad Timmins

MANAGER

Hey, my name is Brad and currently hold a Cert III & IV in Fitness and also qualified in Posture Analysis and Run Coaching. I love leading my Fitstop community and seeing everyone working towards and achieving their goals, inspiring and motivating each other. My PT experience also helps me to better my community through improved movement patterns. My favourite Fitstop session to train in is PERFORM. Actually, I like them all and you'll most likely find me training in one of them each day!

Hey my name is Georgi and I have a Cert 3 & Cert 4 in fitness. My favourite thing about coaching is watching people achieve their goals and watching people become the best version of themselves! My fav session is Condition, jokes it's actually Perform :)

My name is Shell and I currently hold a Cert III & Cert IV Fitness as well as being a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor and currently studying for my Masters in Female Fitness Programming. I also have a Bachelor in Psych (just in case you need that little extra nurturing during a session) My favourite thing about coaching - EVERYTHING! Continual learning, sharing knowledge with members, enhancing lives, seeing people gain confidence in themselves, empowering others to become the best version of themselves.....and one can't go past the good vibes and laughs I get to share with our awesome community everyday 🙌 My favourite Fitstop session to coach is LIFT 💪🏋 but when it comes to working out it would have to be PERFORM (closely followed by CONDITION)

My name is Nick and I've have been in the fitness industry for 7 years. My passion is to help people reach and achieve their goals, to help better themselves each and every day. My favourite session to coach is LIFT as I get to help members with technique, while lifting heavy weight. I love to participate in CONDITION as it gets me out of my comfort zone.
