And another jam packed month in the books! This month held a lot to celebrate— @fitstop_melville celebrated their 4th bday while @fitstop.lavender celebrated their 1st 🥳 @joshstewardpt_ through @fitstop_cleveland completed an EPIC 50 workouts in 7 days to raise money for the @heartfoundationau ❤️ We celebrated all our Fitstop mums on Mother’s Day too!! We love our Fitstop mums 🥹 Another epic shoot featuring our stellar members!! And finally, we saw a MASSIVE 3482 new faces through our doors across the country for Free Week 🤩 Next month is going to be just as jam packed and we can’t WAIT!

We’ve gone from 10 reps, to 5, to 3, to now a 1 REP MAX. Why?? 1RM testing allows us to show our TRUE CAPACITY so that we can be more accurate with our 3-5RM testing in the next block!
