    Luke Downey

    Owner

    Luke is our owner and he can be seen in the gym early morning and in the afternoons. Whilst he doesn't coach too many sessions anymore, he will be in the gym to make sure you feel welcomed into our community and get the most out of your sessions. I chose to open a Fitstop in Coffs as my passion is helping people and creating a community where people are welcomed and feel part of something!

    Kellen Wood

    Coach

    Kellen is not new to Fitstop and has been around for a while now that he's almost part of the furniture. Hailing from Northern England (although if you ask some members he's Irish hahaha) you may struggle to understand him at first but in the end you will discover he is all heart and cares deeply about the community and everyone in it! He brings first class banter so be sure to be on your game when you come train with him!

    Cat Benger

    Coach

    Cat has been part of the team now for the best part of this year and brings passion, vibes and a unique technical aspect to the gym. With a background in triathlon and training elite athletes, she will be able to help you with the most technical movement in and out of the gym so you can get the most out of your sessions. Hailing from England also, although London so much easier to understand, she also brings the banter. Come and check out her sessions and see for yourself!

    Jarryd Franck

    Coach

    Jarryd Franck (or Tank) may look a little unassuming but don't be fooled, under that shirt is a superhuman who can lift with ease, with the best technique and walk away as if it was nothing. Being an exercise physiologist, he specialises in helping people move correctly and transferring that to the role of coach at Fitstop means that if you have any trouble moving, he will be able to help and advise the best way to help. Jarryd brings many years of lifting experience to the gym so be sure to check his sessions out and improve your lifts!
