    Hi, I'm Josh, manager and head trainer here at Fitstop Cleveland. My career in the fitness industry began roughly 7 years ago and I’ve dedicated my entire life to coaching ever since that point. I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals the right way. My prioritise are form, technique, safety and intensity when the time comes to push yourself to the next level!

    Outside of coaching I love to practise what I preach and lead an active lifestyle that pushes me outside of my comfort zone. Usually that looks like keeping up my own training schedule, getting involved with our Fitstop community, hitting nature for a beach day or hike, travelling and gaining knowledge through audio books/ podcasts.

    I can't wait to see you in the gym!

    Noah | Trainer

    Hi, I’m Noah a passionate Fitstop coach with 3 years of experience in Group coaching. I love creating a supportive and high-energy environment to help you push your limits, get the most out of everyone in the room all with a smile on your face.

    When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on footy field or checking the surf. Can’t wait see you giving everything a crack!

    Hi, I’m Caity! I’m a passionate Fitstop coach with 2 years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in group training and reformer pilates. I hold qualifications in Cert 3 & 4 in fitness, Level 1 Reformer Pilates. I’m dedicated to creating a supportive, high-energy environment that helps you push your limits and achieve your fitness goals.

    When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me training alongside you, at my reformer studios, or racing cars. I’m loving every moment at Fitstop and can’t wait to meet more of you!

    Hi, I’m Miller, a passionate Fitstop coach here at Cleveland. I have my certificate IV in Fitness and currently completing my Bachelors in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I love working with members and creating a supporting environment to help you push your limits and achieve your fitness goals. My general focuses are technique and safety, to ensure that the functional movements we train in the gym help to support your lifestyle outside of the gym.

    When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me training (I never miss a condition session!). I also love to surf and watch every sport under the sun. Can’t wait to see you in the gym!
