    With over 15 years of experience in the sport and fitness industry, Ryan Shackley brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and energy to Fitstop. As both the owner and coach, he thrives on pushing members to their limits and helping them achieve their best.

    Ryan is a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every movement is performed with proper form and technique. His loud, energetic, and motivating coaching style creates an electric atmosphere in every session—expect high energy, plenty of encouragement, and a vibe that keeps you coming back for more.

    Coach

    Tate is the perfect balance of encouragement, challenge, and support. She knows exactly when to push you to test your limits and when to step in with the support and empathy you need. With a keen ability to break down movements, Tate helps you fine-tune your technique, making every session an opportunity to improve and grow.

    Her coaching style is all about understanding—she knows when you need that extra push and when you need guidance. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, Tate will bring out the best in you, helping you move better, train smarter, and reach new levels of strength and confidence.
