    Hi, I’m Greg, the Manager at Fitstop Redland Bay. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2011, working as a personal trainer, coach, PT manager, and gym manager. My passion lies in functional training and the philosophy of “move more to live more.” I believe that fitness isn’t just about exercise—it’s about enhancing our ability to enjoy life to the fullest every day. I’m dedicated to creating a training environment that inspires and empowers people to move better, feel stronger, and be part of something bigger.

    When I’m not in the gym you will find me connecting with people, mucking around with social media content and still renovating my house (the never-ending renovation). Can’t wait to see you in the gym one day!

    When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me training, studying to be a Nurse or spending quality time with friends and family. I can’t wait to see you in the club!
