    With 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, I began my Fitstop journey 4 years ago as a member, which quickly progressed to becoming a trainer, then a manager, and now a proud co-owner. I'm dedicated to bringing energy, challenging limits, and empowering our members to reach their fitness goals. Whether you're starting fresh or aiming to take it up a notch, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

    When I’m not in the gym, I’m with my husband, 2 sons & our fluffy little border collie, enjoying board games, or out for dessert with my besties!

    Hi, I’m Miller, a passionate Fitstop coach here at Slacks for the past 2 years. I have my certificate IV in Fitness and currently completing my Bachelors in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I love working with members and creating a supporting environment to help you push your limits and achieve your fitness goals. My general focuses are technique and safety, to ensure that the functional movements we train in the gym help to support your lifestyle outside of the gym.

    When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me training (I never miss a condition session!). I also love to surf and watch every sport under the sun. Can’t wait to see you in the gym!

    Hi, I'm Nikita, I'm your newest trainer at Fitstop Slacks Creek. I’m currently completing my Certificate IV in Fitness and absolutely loving being part of the Fitstop community. Coaching is a huge passion of min. I love helping people unlock their full potential and seeing them grow stronger, more confident, and more capable every day.

    When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me training, going on adventures or working in disability support—something I find incredibly rewarding.
