    Mitch is the owner of Fitstop Strathpine, with a strong passion for building community.

    Starting as a member before stepping into coaching, Mitch understands firsthand what makes a gym more than just a place to train. His focus is on creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and part of something bigger.

    With a background in growing one of North Brisbane’s largest Oztag communities, Mitch brings the same energy, leadership, and people-first approach into the gym helping members push their limits and become the best version of themselves.
