Nat & Abbie
Owners
Proud locals of the Quinns/Mindarie community for over a decade, Nat and Abbie are passionate about creating a space where people can move with purpose and feel supported in their fitness journey.
Outside the gym, you’ll often find them at Quinns Beach with their two boys or walking their dog Roley along the coast. Their love for fitness, community, and connection is what drives their vision for Fitstop Clarkson.

Mikaela
Manager & Head Trainer
With a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Sport and Human Performance, majoring in Human Performance Science, Mikaela brings both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to the Fitstop Clarkson team.
She has been working in the health and fitness industry for over six years and has a strong background in high-level netball, which has shaped her understanding of performance, teamwork, and dedication. Mikaela is deeply passionate about helping others improve their lives through movement, mindset, and community connection.
Mikaela is driven by a genuine desire to create an inclusive and empowering environment where people of all fitness levels feel supported and inspired to reach their goals.

Kirsty
Trainer
With years of experience in personal training and small group fitness, Kirsty is passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—inside and out.
A Certified Pre and Post Natal Trainer, she has supported countless women through pregnancy and beyond with safe, effective training tailored to their needs.
As a mum of two, Kirsty understands the powerful mental and physical benefits of structured exercise and loves sharing that with others. She’s all about community, connection, and the Fitstop style that keeps things fun and challenging.
Outside the gym, you’ll find her listening to drum and bass, hanging with her dog, swimming, or planning her next trip!

Chiquita
Trainer
Chiquita has been part of the fitness industry for several years, with experience in both one-on-one and group coaching. Her love for fitness began at a young age through netball and athletics, and she’s passionate about helping others discover their own strength and confidence through movement.
As a Fitstop coach, Chiquita loves being able to support members in reaching their goals while keeping sessions fun, challenging, and full of variety. She thrives in the positive, high-energy environment that Fitstop is known for.
Outside the gym, Chiquita is all about the outdoors—you’ll often find her camping or enjoying a beach day on her time off.

Amethyst
Trainer
As a qualified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Amethyst brings a deep passion for health and fitness that’s rooted in personal experience—having lost 50kg herself.
She understands the challenges of getting started and is committed to helping others feel supported, motivated, and empowered on their own journeys.
What she loves most about coaching at Fitstop is the way the group environment brings people together. She thrives on building connections, helping members overcome obstacles, and celebrating their progress every step of the way.

Ryan
Trainer
Ryan brings nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, with a background in coaching athletes, teams, and more recently, specialising in group fitness and 1-on-1 training. He’s passionate about Fitstop’s focus on functional training that carries over into real-world movement and loves diving into the science behind the programming.
What truly drives Ryan is the community — he thrives on seeing members progress each week and sharing in their personal bests and highlights.
Outside the gym, Ryan has spent the last 10 years competing nationally in Ultimate Frisbee, but is now exploring the world of Strongman and Hyrox.

Connor
Trainer
With over 15 years of hands-on fitness experience, Connor has trained across bodybuilding, Muay Thai, and CrossFit before spending the last three years coaching group fitness classes. He currently works FIFO as a Health & Wellness Coordinator and Remedial Massage Therapist, having supported elite athletes from the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Wildcats, and Perth Glory. Connor is also completing a degree in Sports Nutrition and will graduate soon.
Connor loves being a Fitstop trainer because it unites all his favourite training elements—hard lifting, technical skill work, and community spirit—into one supportive environment.
