I became so passionate about training that lead me to complete my fitness certificates, so I could help others to live a healthier life.

    I’ve always been into sports and fitness, I played competitive hockey for a long time (retired due to injuries) And I even went and got a degree in exercise because I loved it that much. Coaching just clicked for me there’s nothing better than helping people, move their bodies , smash their goals and realise they way stronger and more capable than they ever thought it’s honestly the best part.
