    Owner and Coach

    JT has been part of Fitstop for over three years and is the owner and coach at Karrinyup, bringing his passion for all things Fitstop to his second location.

    With a background in professional sport, he thrives on helping people improve their athletic performance and reach their fitness goals.

    JT is all about building a strong community and loves getting involved in sessions, pushing alongside the team, and leading from the front!

    Kate

    Manager and Coach

    Kate has been part of Fitstop for three years and has been with Karrinyup since day one, helping grow the amazing community.

    She’s all about making health and fitness a part of daily life, knowing the huge mental and physical benefits it brings.

    Kate also loves jumping in and training alongside the crew, leading by example and embracing everything Fitstop has to offer!

    Coach

    Rhi embodies Fitstop’s values, transitioning from a dedicated member to a passionate coach.

    She thrives on connecting with members, motivating them to push past their limits and build confidence in their training.

    As a proud mum, she understands the balance of fitness and family life, making her a relatable and inspiring part of our community.

    Coach

    Steve has years of coaching experience and is passionate about helping people reach their full potential while enjoying the journey.

    With a love for the outdoors—whether it’s surfing, hiking, or mountain biking—he knows the importance of staying active and building strong connections.

    His energy and enthusiasm are unmatched, making every session both fun and rewarding!

    Joe

    Coach

    Joe brings a strong background in sport and coaching, with a passion for helping people train smarter and move better.

    Having completed his Bachelor of Sports Science and currently working towards his Master’s in Physiotherapy, he combines practical coaching with a solid understanding of the body. Outside the gym, Joe enjoys the outdoors and brings great energy to every session.
