    Caitlyn has been part of Fitstop Melville since the very beginning, and her commitment to the community runs deep. She’s the kind of person who knows every face, celebrates every win, and makes sure no one trains alone. Her energy is real, the kind that lifts a room and reminds you why you showed up. For Caitlyn, Fitstop isn’t just a gym; it’s a second home built on connection, consistency, and shared progress.

    Ryan’s coaching style is high energy and technical. He loves the community at Fitstop Melville and the friendships built through a common goal of getting fitter together, while creating an environment that challenges the person next to you. His favourite workout is a torturous but rewarding Wednesday Condition.

    Zach Rankin

    Trainer

    Zach is approachable, adaptable, engaging, and disciplined in his coaching style. He gets great enjoyment from seeing members work towards their goals and build consistency in the gym. Outside of coaching, Zach plays for East Fremantle, is learning Spanish, and secretly enjoys a tough condition session.
