Starting off strong with over 400 Fitstopper’s showing up, and showing off our community at @turfgamesaus 🙌
With podium finishes from @fitstop_chermside @fitstop_evertonpark & @fitstop_hopeisland 🏆

We also gathered the network for our 2025 Power To Perform conference — celebrating wins, and shaping the future of Fitstop.

We raised over $10,000 in our Sweat For A Cause event, proudly supporting @mentalawarenessfoundation 🧡

Location #168 @fitstop_kingsmeadows is now OPEN!! They had a huge open day, and we warmly welcome them to the fam.

@fitstop_success participated in a HUGE 4 hour workout supporting @telethon7 , whilst @fitstop_toowong had a massive 24 hour workout in support of @nbcfaus 🩷

Meet @theweightofbecoming . Twelve months ago at @fitstop_carindale , a single burpee felt out of reach. This weekend she’s lining up for her first fitness racing competition.

Codie’s fitness journey started before Fitstop, but she came to us looking for structure and community. Since then it’s been consistent training, teammates who show up, coaches who back her, and goal after goal getting crushed.

With one novice triathlon under her belt and burpees mastered, it’s time to take on Paladin.
