    Location Manager

    Johnnie is long-time fitness professional from C-Bus, Ohio. Her passion for barbell training drove her to helping others find their love of strength and conditioning. She focuses on balance in all areas of health and wellness. This has helped her make fitness a lifestyle!

    US Head Trainer

    Semaj is a former Division 1 Swimmer who now enjoys competing in a variety of fitness competitions. She loves helping others perform their best no matter the goal and makes strength training fun for everyone!

    Andrew is a technical expert in all forms of movement and truly coaches everyone up to be their best. On the rare occasions that he isn't coaching, he stays sharp in his own training as a competitive athlete.

    Taylor is a strong and caring Coach who enjoys breaking down the details with every individual in the room. Her passion for fitness stems from her days as a Field Hockey athlete and carries on with fitness competitions across the country.

    Quan is a fitness content creator who trains to compete in bodybuilding competitions while maintaining peak athleticism to perform on the basketball court. He keeps a close eye on everyone's form while providing high levels of energy from start to finish.
