5. A trial member can request to cancel at any time through the Fitstop App, within the 21 day trial period and no further payments will be taken. Once cancelled, the member can continue to access sessions within their 21-day trial period.
6. If the member decides to continue their membership, no further action will be required, and the next billing date will be 21 days post the purchase date. The price of their membership will be reverted back to the standard membership of the location.
7. The membership will become live from the day that the individual purchases the promotion. The next billing date if the user wishes to continue post promotional period, will be 21 days from their purchase date.
8. This promotion is non-refundable.
9. The individual will not be able to transfer or pause membership until the trial period is completed.
10. The offer only applies to new memberships and cannot be run in conjunction with any other offer or discount code, including corporate discounts.
11. The member will be required to complete a waiver prior to their first training session at Fitstop.
