First Fitstop in WA. And, now five years later, they’ve become one of the strongest Fitstop communities globally. Rick and Tarryn opened @fitstop_melville as investor owners, balancing it alongside full-time careers outside the gym. They built success by hiring the right team, trusting the system, and staying consistent from day one. Today, Melville is a global leader in member numbers and continues to raise the standard. Last weekend, Fitstop founders Pete and Bec Hull were invited to HYROX Phoenix for an Industry CEO & Executive event, hosted alongside the first HYROX  ever held inside an NFL stadium. What stood out most was not just the scale of the event, but the alignment. Conversations with the HYROX founder, global leaders in sport, and athletes pushing performance forward reinforced where fitness racing is heading. Catching it low makes the movement slow. Wall balls can make or break your race. So here are top tips from the competition queen herself, @casanne14 , who’s hit 100 unbroken wall balls 👑 𝗗𝗢: • Catch the ball high • Keep your hands and elbows behind the ball • Lock eyes on the target to stay upright and hit full depth • Stay calm and controlled. Make every rep look the same 𝗗𝗢𝗡’𝗧: • Catch the ball low on your chest • Let your elbows flare wide • Look forward or down. It pulls you out of position and kills depth and accuracy Wall balls are a mental game. Your body can do more than your head thinks. Cass’s rule? When you want to stop, do 2 more. Lauren started as a member, fell in love with the community and the programming, and took the step of reaching out to learn what ownership could look like.
