BLACK FRIDAY EARLY ACCESS.
Fitstop Australia PTY LTD, ABN 64 167 897 387, (“the Promoter”) is conducting the promotion at participating locations in AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE and USA.
The promotion is available to individuals who sign up to Fitstop during the Promotional Period and are currently not a Fitstop member. The offer is available for previous members who have cancelled previously.
The promotion offers the following membership options at any Location:
a. Unlimited training for $149 for all new joiners from 28th November 2024 00:01AM until Sunday 5th January 2025 11:59PM AEDT
b. The promotional period commences 4th November 2024 00:00AM AEDT until 27th November 2024 11:59pm AEDT.
c. A value add is included in this promotion and consists of allowing all new joiners to start training immediately after purchase during the promotional period at no additional cost.The membership will become live from the day that the individual purchases the promotion. The next billing date if the user wishes to continue will be 6th January 2025.
This promotion is non-refundable.
The individual will not be able to transfer or pause membership until the offer period is completed.
A member can choose to cancel their membership before the end of the offer period, if the member cancels through the Fitstop App. The cancellation will be processed immediately however the user will still be able to book sessions for their location up until the end of their offer period. If a user chooses to cancel prior to the ending of the offer period, funds will not be refunded.
If the member decides to continue their membership, no further action will be required, and the next billing date will be once the promotion offer period ends on January 6 2025. The price of their membership will be reverted back to the standard membership of the location.
The offer only applies to new memberships and cannot be run in conjunction with any other offer or discount code, including corporate discounts.
The member will be required to complete a waiver prior to their first training session at Fitstop.
The standard Membership Terms and Conditions for all Fitstop memberships which appear on the Fitstop website at https://www.fitstop.com/training-waiver apply.
By participating in this Promotion, (unless the participant has specified otherwise) each participants consents to the personal information they submit being used for the primary purposes of: administering this Promotion, passing on information to related entities and to enter into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity activities of the Promoter or its related entities. An entrant may request access to his or her personal information held by contacting Fitstop Australia via support@fitstop.com
