Session Packs
Fitstop Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 64 167 897 387), Fitstop New Zealand Pty Ltd (NZ Company No. 8208137), Fitstop Singapore Pte Ltd (UEN 202245244N), and Fitstop USA, Inc. a Delaware corporation, (together, “the Promoter”) are conducting the promotion at participating open Fitstop locations across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States of America (as applicable).
This offer (“the promotion”) is available to individuals who are currently not a Fitstop member, to individuals who were previously members and who have cancelled, to current members, and for current members to purchase for other non-members.
Individuals will need to check if their desired location is participating in the promotion by asking them directly either in person, via direct email, or via their location’s social media pages.
The promotion is offered at participating Fitstop open locations in the countries mentioned in point 1 above for either five (5) or ten (10) sessions (as applicable) at the price point advertised at the individual’s chosen Location (the “Pack”).
- Each Pack purchased (regardless of whether the Pack is for 5 sessions) has an expiration date, with these dates being:
5 session pack: expires 30 days from the date of purchase
10 session pack: expires 60 days from the date of purchase.
Except in special circumstances or as required by law, the Pack is a non-refundable purchase.
Fitstop will electronically deliver a redemption code to the email address provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase which will notify the recipient of their Pack(s).
- Each Pack purchased (regardless of whether the Pack is for 5 or 10 sessions) will become live from the day that the individual purchases the promotion and will expire:
5 session pack: expires 30 days from the date of purchase. E.g. If the individual purchases the Pack on 1 July 2023, the Pack will be live and available for use immediately, and will expire exactly 30 days later on 31 July 2023.
10 session pack: expires 60 days from the date of purchase. E.g. If the individual purchases the Pack on 1 July 2023, the Pack will be live and available for use immediately, and will expire exactly 60 days later on 31 August 2023.
Resale or on-selling of the Pack or use of the Pack for unauthorised advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or other promotional or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Packs may be combined with other offers.
Sessions may be used at any participating Fitstop location within the country of purchase. Individuals will need to check if their desired location is participating in the promotion by asking them directly either in person, via direct email, or via their location’s social media pages.
Your right to use the Pack is limited and subject to the terms and conditions of Fitstop.
Fitstop is responsible for all pricing, typographical, or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Fitstop reserves the right to limit the number of Packs an individual may purchase or redeem.
The member will be required to complete a waiver prior to their first training session at Fitstop.
The standard Fitstop Membership Terms & Conditions and Training Waiver applies to this promotion and can be viewed on the Fitstop website at https://www.fitstop.com/training-waiver. As per standard Fitstop policy, the minimum age for a person to join or train at a Fitstop location is 16 years of age, and any individual under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign the waiver contained in the Fitstop App at the time of joining.
By participating in this Promotion, (unless the participant has specified otherwise) each participant consents to the personal information they submit being used for the primary purposes of: administering this Promotion, passing on information to related entities and to enter into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity activities of the Promoter or its related entities.
