Across two days of strategy sessions, brand updates, business workshops, rooftop workouts, and world-class speakers, our network gained the tools and inspiration to scale bigger, faster, and stronger in 2026.

This year’s Power to Perform Conference focused on growth in action. Owners took part in practical workshops on marketing, lead generation, and brand strategy. Every session was designed to translate into results at the studio level, with ongoing support from Fitstop HQ.

• Damien Fitzpatrick, founder of PILLAR Performance, announced an official partnership with Fitstop to support performance, recovery, and longevity.
• Andrew “Doza” Handosa and Matt Purcell shared frameworks for stronger business strategy, better social strategy, and values-led brand building.

The conference mantra, “Progress is our purpose, and it’s powered by our people,” came to life across every session. Owners left with practical playbooks, a network they can lean on, and a renewed sense of clarity on how to grow their communities and revenue in 2026.

Brisbane’s skyline became the stage for one of the most powerful moments of the conference. Our Athletic Directors led a rooftop workout that captured everything Fitstop stands for—teamwork, intent, and performance. The energy was electric and gave a glimpse of what’s ahead in 2026, where the Fitstop product continues to lead the brand through stronger programming, bigger events, and an even greater sense of connection across our global community. This was Fitstop in its purest form.

A Night To Celebrate & Recognise
We closed with our Power to Perform Gala Night celebrating the incredible achievements of our global network. Awards were presented to owners and teams excelling in growth, member experience, and leadership — highlighting the outstanding talent and drive within the Fitstop community. It was a night to connect, celebrate, and be inspired by those setting the benchmark for excellence. It truly represents that anything is possible when passion meets performance and ambition is backed by support.
