Make Your Move Offer

1.The “Make Your Move Offer” promotion is available to individuals who sign up to Fitstop during the Trial Period and are currently not Fitstop members, campaign trial, cancelling or cancelled members.

2. The “Make Your Move" promotional purchase period runs from Monday March 25, 2024 - 00:01 until Sunday April 21, 2024 - 23:59. The "Make Your Move" promotional purchase period will run from Monday March 25, 2024 - 00:01 until Monday June 3, 2024 - 23:59 2024 for locations participating in Fitstop's cluster group including all locations in New Zealand, South Australia and the Redlands Region, QLD; up to the discretion of Fitstop Head Quarters. 

3. The promotion offers the following membership options at any: 

Australian and New Zealand Locations:

a. 3 weeks (21) days for $49 for all new joiners during this promotional period

Singapore and United States Locations:

b. 3 weeks (21) days for $59 for all new joiners during this promotional period


4. The twenty-one day trial period starts on the day that the user purchases. 

5. A trial member can cancel at any time through the Fitstop App, within the 21 day trial period and no further payments will be taken. Once cancelled, the member can continue to access sessions within their 21-day trial period.

6. If the member decides to continue their membership, no further action will be required, and the next billing date will be 21 days post the purchase date. The price of their membership will be reverted back to the standard membership of the location.

7. The membership will become live from the day that the individual purchases the promotion. The next billing date if the user wishes to continue post promotional period, will be 21 days from their purchase date.

8. This promotion is non-refundable.

9. The individual will not be able to transfer or pause membership until the trial period is completed.

11. The offer only applies to new memberships and cannot be run in conjunction with any other offer or discount code, including corporate discounts.

12. The member will be required to complete a waiver prior to their first training session at Fitstop.

13. The standard Membership Terms and Conditions for all Fitstop memberships which appear on the Fitstop website at https://www.fitstop.com/training-waiver apply.

14. By participating in this Promotion, (unless the participant has specified otherwise) each participants consents to the personal information they submit being used for the primary purposes of: administering this Promotion, passing on information to related entities and to enter into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity activities of the Promoter or its related entities.
